Stationary gas analysers or CEMS (Contunuous Emissions Monitoring Systems) are required for many larger burner units in many countries. This low-cost unit can measure all combustion parameters and up to nine gas components. There is provision for digital and analogue outputs as well as extra analogue inputs. These stationary systems will operate alone for longer periods of time and transfer the data to a measurement centre somewhere in the plant.

Sample conditioners based on Peltier gas coolers are essential equipment for long-term measurements. A Peltier gas cooler will precipitate the condensate quickly out of the gas stream and remove it with a peristaltic pump before the soluble gases can go into solution.
